Paul Barbano graduated from SUNY Brockport, where he served as Treasurer of the student government. He spent a semester abroad in Medellin, Colombia. After college Paul bicycled from New York to California.
He combined his skills as a bartender with his cooking ability to compile The Bartenders Beer Cookbook.
Being an avid word sleuth, Paul is often asked why there is no apostrophe in the title, and it is because this is a guide for multiple bartenders (no apostrophe), much like a "Writers Conference" or "Golfers Tournament."
His writing has been honed by writing the weekly Garden Journal for the rural Cape Gazette Newspapers in Lewes, Delaware. Paul now raises rare Brahma chickens in the hills of Madison county in central New York.
"The Bartenders Beer Cookbook"
continues to sell impressively.
